1. Discharging the system.

2. Changing the filter/drier/accumulator if requested (normally every two years or when the system has been opened for any reason).

3. Evacuating the system with a high vacuum pump to remove moisture.

4. Check for any leaks in all hoses and system components. Any defects reported.

5. Inspection of drive belts, condenser, pipe work and wiring. Any defects reported.

6. Recharging the system with the correct amount of refrigerant and compressor oil.

7. Injecting a UV detection agent into system to pinpoint any future leaks.

8. Making sure that the compressor, expansion valve, pressure switches and fans all work correctly. Any defects reported.

9. Checking and cleaning the condenser and any other components that require cleaning.

10. Check that all bracket bolts are tight and that refrigerant hoses and wiring are not chafing and are in good condition.

11. Check all belts for wear or looseness. A slack compressor belt may cause poor cooling.

12. Operational and functional check of the complete system.

13. Fault diagnostic of system management. Reprogramming where necessary.

14. Anti-bacterial sprays to freshen and de-bug the evaporator and all internal ducting.
